To submit a claim, email sales@vxwheel.com with your order number, clear high-resolution photos/videos of the affected area, and your vehicle's VIN or setup details. Our engineering team will review and respond within 24 business hours.
Are import customs duties and taxes included (DDP)?
We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping options for the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and select Middle East regions upon request. We handle customs clearance and local delivery directly to your home or tuning workshop.
What happens if the wheels are damaged during transit?
All shipments are 100% insured against loss and transit damage. If you notice box damage upon arrival, take immediate photos before opening and notify the delivery courier and our support desk within 48 hours for expedited replacement machining.
Can I change my finish or fitment specs after ordering?
You can modify your specifications at any time before the final 3D CAD schematic is approved. Once CNC tooling and cutting commence, modifications are no longer possible.
