Design & Drawing (CAD/CAM 3D Design)
Create 3D model, define spoke pattern, offset, and bolt holes. Output CNC codes for machining.

6061-T6 Aluminum Heat Treatment
Cut 6061-T6 aluminum bars to billet size, preheat, then apply T6 heat treatment (solution + quench + aging) for maximum strength.

Precision Machining & PCD Drilling
CNC turning and 5-axis milling shape the wheel. Then drill bolt holes and center bore to exact vehicle fitment (e.g., 5×112).

Grinding & Polishing
Remove tool marks and sharp edges. Fine grind and polish to achieve smooth, mirror-like finish.

Coating & Surface Treatment
Clean, powder coat, then apply color paint or clear coat. Cured in oven for durable finish.

Dynamic Balancing Test
Measure unbalance on balancing machine; correct with weights until residual unbalance ≤15 g·cm – ensures vibration-free high-speed running.

Final Inspection
Perform impact test, cornering fatigue test, radial fatigue test, plus dimensional check. Must meet JWL/VIA/TÜV standards.

Packaging & Warehousing
Clean, wrap with foam and plastic, box individually with labels (size, offset, PCD). Store in clean warehouse.
